Nastaran Ghadiri
Nastaran Ghadiri is an Iranian Australian artist, currently living in Perth, Western Australia. She earned her Visual Arts degree from the University of Tehran in 2005 and later moved to Perth in 2010 to pursue her Masters degree in Digital Design at Edith Cowan University.
Since then, Nastaran has been making her mark as an artist, illustrator, and graphic designer. Her work has been featured in various exhibitions across Australia and internationally.
In recent years, she has been focusing on creating large sculptures and embroidered pieces using textiles and recycled materials. Her art explores themes like nostalgia, belonging, loss, motherhood, birth, and death, reflecting a diverse range of emotions and experiences.
